More Than 100 Runners Participate In Bridge To Bridge Run

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)_ More than 100 runners and walkers participated in the Second Annual Bridge to Bridge Run Saturday morning.

125 participants experienced surfaces, scenes and sounds in this unique running event.

It started at 10 Saturday morning, with registration at 9 a.m.
The course started and ended at 515 South Kansas in Downtown Topeka.

Topeka Mayor Larry Wolgast told 13 News the race gives runners and walkers a new perspective of the inner city.

After the race, runners and walkers headed up to the avenue trails market and gallery for a day of music by Jed Zeplin, custom motorcycle show, beer garden, food and vendor fun!
