Memorial For Harold Sasko, McLinn's Next Court Date Set

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- On January 17, Lawrence resident Harold Sasko was found dead in his home, after having suffered from traumatic injuries.

Sasko owned the Cici's Pizza restaurants in Lawrence and Topeka. In honor of him, a memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 16 at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Topeka.

19-year-old Sarah McLinn had worked for him at Cici's Pizza at one point in time, and she was living with him at the time of his death.

McLinn fled to Florida in Sasko's 2008 Nissan Altima. She was found and arrested there soon after his body was found.

McLinn is being charged with first degree murder and a second count related to her theft of Sasko's car.

Her docket hearing is set for 2 p.m. March 27 at the Douglas County Courthouse in Lawrence.
