McLouth Grade Schoolers Experience Different Careers

MCLOUTH, Kan. (WIBW) -- WIBW has its next batch of Channel 13 reporters already in the works.

Grade school kids at McLouth Elementary School practiced being reporters at their career fair Thursday. They also got to shoot video, which was used on the evening newscast and posted online.

They visited different career stations in the school's gym to find out more about what it's like to be a nurse, a police officer, a banker, work in a meat packing plant and more.

Kids had a great time and learned what it takes to be a "grown-up."
