(WIBW) - A Manhattan man was charged Friday with arson for an April 2010 apartment fire.
24 -year-old Christopher Kenny, Jr. faces one count of arson for a fire that damaged an apartment complex under construction on 1030 Vattier Street in Manhattan.
Prosecutors say two fires were set in the area. One of them was in a trash dumpster, the other inside the apartment building.
Kenny faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 fine if convicted.
