Marshall County, Kan. (WIBW)-- A man is dead following a morning accident in Marshall County.
It happened around 5:30 a.m. a mile and a half west of Axel on Indian Road.
When crews arrived on scene they discovered a van in a ditch and a deceased man inside. The man was identified as Randal K. Holthaus, 60, of Seneca.
According to Marshall County authorities the van driven by Holthaus was traveling eastbound on Indian Road when it left the roadway into the south ditch. The van landed on its side.
An autopsy will be conducted in Kansas City, according to officials.
