Man Charged In Child Sex Crimes Denied Bond Modification
Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) - A man accused of sex crimes with a child was denied the request to modify bond conditions Tuesday.
Hugh Cranford is a former vicar at Faith Lutheran Church at 17th and Gage.
His bond is still set at $250,000. His charges were amended to three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child lewd fondling/touching and one count aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 3rd of next year.
