Major Bonds Set For Riley County 'No-Show'

NEMAHA COUNTY, Kan A lofty bond has been set for a Riley County man who neglected to show up for his own trial.

Frank Cooper Jr., 42, was booked into the Nemaha County jail Monday on three warrants for failure to appear.

Two of those warrants are from Nemaha County, with bond set at $25,000 for each.

Cooper faces multiple charges from 2013 including domestic battery, criminal damage to property, arson and drug possession.
