TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Local pre-schoolers helped launch the 72nd Annual Christmas Bureau.

The Topeka Housing Authority hosted the kick-off. Along with students at Pine Ridge Prep and santa claus!

Preschoolers had the chance to sit with Santa and get a small gift. They also hand-decorated pine cone christmas tree ornaments that will help deck the United Way's christmas tree.

The Christmas Bureau matches families in need with adopters who can help provide the family with gifts for the holiday. Families can sign up November 1st through 9th at Let's Help and Antioch Center.
