LAWRENCE, Kan. (WIBW) -- The 19 year-old woman accused of killing Harold Sasko, the owner of CiCi's franchises in Topeka and Lawrence, appeared in a Florida state court and waive extradition on Friday, according to Douglas Co. Atty. Gen. Charles Branson.

Once arrangements are made, Sarah McLinn will be brought back to Kansas and booked into Douglas C. Jail, he added. McLinn appeared in a federal court on Thursday.

Branson said she will appear before the Douglas Co. Pro Tem Judge first. No other information was released at this time.

A memorial service has been set for Sasko on February 16 at 3:30 p.m. at Christ the King Church, 5973 SW 25th St., in Topeka.

McLinn is charged with first degree murder for the slaying of 52 year-old Harold Sasko in his Lawrence home. Sasko was found dead on January 17 after officers visited his home to check on McLinn, who her family said had not seen her for days.
