TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- An injured soldier from Frankfort faces surgery on Monday.
Mis wife, Melissa Jarboe, says Sargeant Jamie Jarboe was shot last Sunday by a sniper in Afghanistan.
He's currently at Walter Reed in Washington DC, and his wife tells us that the surgery is to fuse his spine together. She says they aren't looking for money, just good thoughts and prayers for Jamie.
