TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Kansas Works is hoping to help hundreds of former Hostess workers in Emporia who lost their jobs when the company filed for bankruptcy last month.
Kansas Works will hold a series of meetings this week that will provide displaced workers with employment resources, as they search for new jobs.
Meetings are open to all former employees of Dolly Madison, and will be held at Flint Hills Technical College.
Meetings are scheduled Monday, Dec. 3, Tuesday, Dec. 4, and Thursday, Dec. 5. Four meetings will be conducted each day with times ranging from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
