WICHITA, Kan. (AP) The man suspected in a plot to detonate a bomb at Wichita's Mid-Continent Airport will stay behind bars until his February trial.
Today in federal court 58 year old Terry Loewen sat between two attorneys from the Federal Defender's Office.
A six-month undercover FBI Investigation led to his arrest last week. The judge ordered Loewen to remain in jail, saying she has clear evidence that Loewen would pose a danger to the community and is a possible flight risk.
His trial is set for February 18th.
