MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) - A KSU sophomore studying at the school's College of Business Administration has been selected as the Cargill Global Scholar for the 2014 school year.
Kylie Hardman, a 2013 Topeka High School graduate, will join a global network of undergraduate students who will have the opportunity to develop leadership competencies through training modules, mentoring and coaching by Cargill employees.
"This is a really fantastic opportunity that I hope to gain a lot from," Hardman said. "I've already met so many amazing people through Cargill and the Institute of International Education. I can learn so much from their experiences of traveling around the world and the various leadership programs they offer."
Hardman is also minoring in conflict analysis and trauma studies.
