TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Jury selection is set to begin Monday for the driver in an accident that killed a 15-year-old girl in March.
Hunter Hillmer, 18, is charged with second degree murder, aggravated battery., and drunk and reckless driving.
Prosecutors say Hillmer was driving a vehicle that went off a Topeka road, rolled and hit a tree March 19.
Passenger Madison Naill, 15, was killed in the accident.
Jury selection was Monday morning. Opening arguments in the case will begin Tuesday at 9 a.m.
