From Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse
Tharesa Leeanne Darnell, 27, of Circleville was arrested on December 21, 2012 by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Darnell was booked into the Jackson County Jail on the following charges: rape, aggravated indecent liberties, aggravated criminal sodomy, aggravated child endangerment and child abuse.
The investigation and subsequent arrest stemmed from a report first received by the Sheriff’s Office in September of this year.
The victims in the investigation are under 14 years of age.
Bond was set at $75,000.00.
