TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Investigators are trying to figure out what started a fire at a southeast Topeka home early Friday morning.
Fire fighters were called to the 3300 block of SE Fremont around 3:20 a.m. Crews say they saw heavy fire coming through the windows and the roof of the house when they arrived. They got the fire under control.
Nobody was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported. Investigators had not yet found the cause or origin of the fire early Friday.
