International Soldiers Visit The Statehouse

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- The State Capitol building welcomes some special visitors today.

46 international military officials were in Topeka this morning and had a special photo op with the governor.

They are all students from Fort Leavenworth's U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Officers also enjoyed a catered breakfast and toured the Statehouse.
The point of their visit was to learn about our state's government and judicial system.

The international officers represent nations, such as Austrailia, Brazil, Phillipines, Swizterland and more.
