Rain heavy at times will move across northeast Kansas this afternoon and tonight that could lead to flooding. Severe storms are also possible through this evening with 60 mph wind gusts and hail up to the size of quarters.
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Hundreds of furry faces packed into the Kansas Expocentre for a chance to be the best dog.
The Sunflower Kennel Club brought in more than 800 dogs Saturday and more than 150 breeds total for the annual Kansas dog show.
Dogs of every color, size and personality got brushed and fluffed, then strutted their stuff, competing for best in group, then best in show.
The show started May 10 and ended May 12.
Owners and their dogs came from all over the country for the show.
The dogs were judged on obedience, conformation and rally.
The next dog show coming to Topeka is in August 2013.
