Holton Man Pinned Under Crane Dies
COFFEY COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW)-- A Holton man is dead after being pinned under a crane Monday.
Eric Spaar, 51, was pinned under a 50 ton crane Monday west of Juneberry on 19th Road, according to authorities.
The crane was being used by Mid-West Construction out of Holton as part of a bridge replacement project. Spaar was an employee of Mid-West Construction.
The incident is under investigation by the Coffey County Sheriff's Office and O.S.H.A.
