A Sabetha man who prosecutors say tried to kill his wife -- was sentenced Monday in Brown County Court.
Roger Hollister will serve 70 months for aggravated battery and aggravated intimidation of a witness.
The charges stem from injuries his wife Rebecca sustained in a car-semi crash last year.
Hollister was sentenced to life in prison in march for the murder of Atchison County woman Patricia Kimmi.
He will serve the sentences consecutively.
