TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- A Topeka woman charged with helping her husband avoid arrest in a 2009 murder will be back in court Monday.
A preliminary hearing for Rebecca Hollister, 58, is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.
This is a continuance of a March 25th hearing because that's the day Rebecca found out her husband, Roger Hollister had died at El Dorado State Prison.
Corrections officials say he died of natural causes.
Roger was serving a life term for Capital Murder in the 2009 death of Patricia Kimmi.
Rebecca was arrested in march and charged with aiding a felon in connection with the murder.
