High School Locked Down After Traffic Stop

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A traffic stop had a local school under lock down Tuesday.

Topeka High School took the precaution for about 30 minutes. Topeka police stopped a car in front of the school, between Polk and Taylor in connection with an aggravated burglary in the 200 block of southeast Lawrence.

Students outside on lunch were sent back into the building.

Two adults and two juveniles were taken to the Law Enforcement Center for interviews by detectives. All four were booked for aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery.
