TOPEKA, Kan(WIBW)--Main Street in Harveyville was crowded with volunteers for the past few days, but today the city is taking a much needed break.
Christa Reynolds has been watching television and relaxing with family, after long days filled with hard work, the time to relax is welcomed.
Even though it was a day of rest people were still out, cleaning up after the storm.
With most of the volunteers gone the city feels a little different.
Harveyville if far from complete recovery. With emergency management crews gone, the people of Harveyville say they feel they are able to take on the challenges.
Tomorrow, the city council will meet to continue planning.
