POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Kan. (WIBW) - The Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding a suspect who robbed a pizza delivery employee.

Officers were called just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night to the 800 block of Willow Street in St. Mary's.

The victim, a driver for Gambino's, got out of his car to make a delivery and was approached by the suspect, who demanded he hand over money.

The victim initially refused, but then the suspect started toward him with a knife.

The delivery person gave up the money and the suspect ran off.

Authorities believe the suspect placed the delivery order to set up the robbery.

He's described as a white man, about six feet tall, wearing a white cloth across his face and dark clothing.

Anyone with information should call the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office at 457-3353.
