TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A docket hearing has been delayed for one of four people charged with first degree murder in the October shooting death of Ashley Alcala.
Benjamin Anaya was to appear today, but instead will be in court March 7th. A docket hearing scheduled today for Gabino Alcala also was cancelled in his case. The judge for Alcala was unavailable. No new dates were set.
The two are charged along with Alcala's husband manuel and his mother, Manuela. Both are being held on one-million dollar bonds.
