Firefighter Treated For Heat Exhaustion At Mobile Home Fire

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)--A firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion on the scene of a blaze southeast of Topeka Tuesday.

Fire crews were called around 5 p.m. to 3441 SE 77th.

Officials say a controlled burn became unmanageable and it eventually spread and engulfed a vacant mobile home.

The firefighter was treated at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
