TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) -- Funeral services for Amanda Clemons have been arranged at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home in Lawrence.
A visitation is scheduled on Thursday February 20th, with a memorial service taking place Friday February 21st at 1 p.m.
The family of a Junction City woman is hoping authorities can answer their questions about why she was killed.
Police have arrested three people for the death of Amanda Clemons and their investigation continues.
Family members say Amanda Clemons loved her family, her five year old son Ke'Andrai and music, but right now they are in the dark as to why her life was suddenly cut short at the age of 24.
5 year old Ke'Andrai Clemons will grow up without his mother after Junction City police found 24 year old Amanda Clemons dead Wednesday in Southwest Geary County...
"I want my mommy. I'll never see my mommy again for the rest of my life," said Ke'Andrai.
Michelle Stauffer, Amanda's mother said her daughter moved to Junction City two years ago. She last spoke with her last week Friday and sensed trouble.
Michelle said, "I got a phone call and I knew something was wrong. I asked her if I should call the police and she said yea. It's not what we had hoped but we know where she is at now."
So far three people are behind bars. 22 year-old Marryssa Middleton of Colorado. 23 year-old Drexel Woody of Fort Riley, and Larry Anderson of Manhattan and family members believe more could be involved.
"It doesn't take that many people to hurt my daughter. There is no way," said Michelle.
Amanda's family says despite her death, the memories will live on.
"She always had a smile on her face, no matter what. I know that when she died the only thing on her mind was her son," said Michelle.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday in Kansas city.
A memorial fund is set up in Amanda Clemons' name to help cover funeral costs and help care for her son Ke'Andrai, at Envista Credit Union.
