FBI Wants Help Identifying Suspect In Child Sex Crimes

KANSAS CITY (WIBW) -- The FBI wants your help identifying a man suspected of sexually exploiting a child. They released pictures of the unidentified man, whom they refer to as John Doe 28, on Tuesday.

According to the FBI, he was first recorded engaging in sexually explicit activities with a child in November of 2012. The images were then enhanced by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who first captured the images and video, and FBI investigators.

They say the video shows a man in his 30's or 40's with a receding hairline. He was wearing wire-framed glasses and burgundy t-shirt with what appears to be a shark logo on the left side. He seems to be in a home with a blue sofa chair and a picture hanging on the wall in the background.

Investigators aren't sure where in the United States the man is.

Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip to the FBI on their < a href="https://tips.fbi.gov" target="_blank">website or by calling their toll-free tip line 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).
