Emporia, KS (WIBW) --- In 2005, Jeremy Rusco was looking for a way to help pay for school at Emporia State. An avid disc golfer, it was a natural fit for Rusco to sell discs to his fellow players around town and thus, Dynamic Discs was born.

Quickly, Rusco expanded online. 2 years ago, Dynamic Discs opened it's first brick and mortar store in downtown Emporia and last year locations in Kansas city and lewisville TX were also added. Dynamic also signed it's 1st exclusive player contract with Emporia native Eric McCabe

in September DD took another step and began making it's own molds, partnering with Latitude 64 a manufacturer in Sweeden and one of the major players in the DG world

The growth of the company has corresponded with the growth of Emporia's big yearly tournament, the Glass Blown Open, in which over 400 players have participated in each of the last 2 years.

As a result, Emporia was even awarded the 2013 Amateur DG World Championship to be played in July
