TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Help share the warmth this holiday season.

Thousands of clean, warm coats will be given away as part of the 26th annual Scotch "Share the Warmth" coat distribution.

The public giveaway will be held at the Salvation Army facility located at 1320 SE 6th St. from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. next Saturday, December 1.

Coats are free to anyone in need as long as supplies last.

Since the program began, Scotch has given away more than 220,000 coats to residents of Topeka and Lawrence.
