TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- The Downtown Post Office revealed a bit of its history.
Members of the Topeka Bar Association and their guests got to tour the historic building.
Thom Rosenblum, a Brown vs. Board National Parks Historian, led the tour, which made stops at the former court room where part of the case was heard. Along with the library and holding pens for the two men executed for the, "In Cold Blood," murders.
Visitors said they were excited to look at the architecture and figure out how to keep the building a part of Topeka's history.
The postal service announced plans to put the building up for sale and relocate its downtown operations.
