Do You Know Who Started Barn Fires In Lyon County?

LYON COUNTY- Lyon County Deputies are looking for who started two barn fires last week.

On April 2nd, at around 3:35 in the morning, Lyon County Deputies and Reading First Responders responded to a report of a barn fire in the 2400 Block of Road V.

Upon arrival it was determined the barn was fully engulfed and the estimated damage was $100,000.

The second incident was around 4:15 am in the 2300 block of Road Y. There, it was determined another barn was fully engulfed and the estimated damage was $15,000.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Lyon County Crime stoppers at 620-342-2273 and they are offering a cash reward up to $1,000.
