Department Of Labor Wants Retailers To Take Precautions During Black Friday

In advance of the holiday season, the Department of Labor is encouraging retailers to take precautions to prevent workplace injuries.

The concern are crowds rushing to Black Friday sales events. This is the 5th Anniversary of the death of a retail worker, who was trampled to death when shoppers rushed the store entrance for a Thanksgiving Day Black Friday Sale.

The Labor Department says retailers can avoid similar tragedies through crowd management and safety precautions.
