TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - An evening just for dads and daughters has local girls spend some quality time with their favorite man.
Little girls dressed up to the nines for a very special night with their fathers. Grandfather, uncles and other male role models also had a chance to take their best girl out for the day.
The annual event hosted by Shawnee County Parks and Recreation lets girls and their dads bond over dinner and dancing, with food provided by Chic-fil-A and music provided by DJ Dana Schirmer. The theme this year was "Under the Big Top."
A ride on the carousel rounded out the night out on the town.
