TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Crews were called to battle a structure fire and a crowd of onlookers Tuesday evening in Southeast Topeka.
Crews responded to the blaze in the 3800 Block SE 32nd just before 5:20 p.m.
According to police dispatch, flames could be seen coming from the structure as firefighters arrived on scene.
The fire started in a corner of the house but authorities were unsure of the exact room it started in. About a quarter of the house was engulfed in flames.
Everyone was able to safely get out of the house and no injuries were reported.
Police were called to manage a crowd of onlookers.
