TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - A court date for a Topeka West High School student accused in a murder for hire plot has been delayed.
Brendan Moore is scheduled to be in court next on April 7.
Moore was charged January 15 with four counts of solicitation to commit first degree murder.
He is accused of planning to kill two school administrators, one 501 resource officer and one Topeka Police Officer at Topeka West.
Court documents obtained by 13 News show a motion to try Moore as an adult was filed in February.
