TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) - Court officials say they expect to be ready Wednesday afternoon to seat a jury in the Dana Chandler case.
Chandler is accused of shooting and killing her ex-husband Mike Sisco and his finance Karen Harkness nearly ten years ago.
Court administrators say questioning Monday and Tuesday has 36 people able to return to the pool so far. They need 54 to move on to the final striking phase. They expect they'll do that with groups returning Wednesday morning.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys will select 12 jurors and six alternates to hear the case.
