LYNDON, Kan. (WIBW)-- It could be some time before the reason is known why a baby stopped breathing and died at a Lyndon daycare.
Osage County Sheriff Laurie Dunn confirms an autopsy was completed on 4 month old Brody Johnston.
The baby was found unresponsive last week at a home based daycare.
The family said his organs were donated and saved the lives of two other infants.
Dunn said the daycare closed for several days while authorities investigated and right now, nothing appears criminal and the death appears to be from natural causes. However, they are awaiting a final report from the coroner, which could take several months.
