TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Police dispatchers confirmed Friday that authorities were investigating a reported bomb threat at a Topeka store.
Dispatchers confirmed police were responding to a threat at CVS, located at 2835 SW Wanamaker Rd.
Shawnee County Sheriff's Deputies, Topeka Police, and member of the Kansas Highway Patrol were all dispatched to the scene.
Half a dozen people were evacuated as officials worked to investigate the threat, called in by the store's manager.
The store was reopened by about 1:15 p.m. Friday.
