(KAKE)-- Wichita police and the Exploited and Missing Child Unit is investigating another case involving a baby hospitalized with several injuries.
Around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, parents brought their 4-month-old boy to the emergency room at Via Christi Hospital St. Francis. Doctors discovered the child had bruising on his bottom, hemorrhaging in both eyes and possible bleeding on the brain.
Officers responded and the parents were taken in for questioning, but so far no arrests have been made.
The child is expected to recover.
