LYNDON, Kan. (WIBW) -- An Osage Co. infant died after the four-month old baby was found not breathing at an daycare in Lyndon on Monday, according to Sheriff Laurie Dunn.

Emergency responders found Brody Johnston, of Scranton, at the daycare shortly after noon after someone called 911 saying the child wasn't breathing. The infant died on the way to the hospital, said Dunn.

The daycare, 1020 Monroe Street, in Lyndon, closed for two days while the Sheriff's Office investigated at the request of the Osage Co. Health Dept.

The cause of death has not been determined yet.

Brody's family asked the Sheriff's Dept. release the details of their child's death because, since then, the infant's organs have been donated and saved the lives of two other children, said Sheriff Dunn.
