Police Respond To Bomb Threat At Riley County Courthouse

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) -- A bomb threat was made to the Riley County Courthouse Thursday morning according to 13's Monty Thompson.

According to information in a KMAN Radio report, commissioners were notified of the threat during their meeting.

The courthouse was evacuated, but people were re-entering the building by 11:00 a.m. according to 13's Monty Thompson.

Officials tell 13 News the bomb threat is being deemed an aggravated criminal threat.

The case is under investigation. No further details were immediately released.
