AUBURN, Kan. (WIBW) - The Auburn Fair had a good showing despite the cold weather.
Families bundled up, but said they wouldn't miss the fair for a minute. "It's my favorite," four-year-old Gavin Hartman said.
Washburn Rural High and Middle school marching bands participated in the parade on Saturday. Organizers say the fair is oldest in Shawnee County - this year marked it's 103rd iteration.
The fair is sponsored by the Auburn Lions Club and put on almost entirely by volunteers.
