TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A five-person delegation from the Republic of Armenia is visiting the Sunflower State.
The delegation is part of the National Guard Bureau's state partnership program to allow Armenian officials to observe firsthand how law enforcement officers handle, recover, process, and store evidence from crime scenes.
The state partnership program matches state National Guard units with developing nations to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
This is the 10th anniversary of the Armenia-Kansas partnership. The delegation will be in Kansas until Friday.
