TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Local residents lent their voices and time to demand action against a proposed pipeline.

A small rally was held at the capital this afternoon to raise awareness on the Keystone Pipeline.

"Draw The Line," is a national call to action aimed at protecting communities from climate change.

The Keystone Pipeline Project is a proposed 1100 mile, 36 inch-di diameter crude oil pipeline, beginning in Alberta, Canada and extending south to Steele City, Nebraska.
