Topekan Arrested On Rape Charge
A Topeka man is behind bars in connection with a rape. Police arrested 54-year-old Daniel Frost Saturday for one felony count of rape.

A Topeka man is behind bars in connection with a rape. Police arrested 54-year-old Daniel Frost Saturday for one felony count of rape.
He's also charged with outstanding Topeka Municipal
Court warrants for misdemeanors.
CJ online reports that the alleged rape would have been reported to police this morning, according to Shawnee County Jail records.
No bond has been set for the rape case.

Maybe the victim did not want to have to go through anymore trauma. It does not look like he has a very good track record according to shawnee county public records.
