Ft. Riley Man Indicted On Child Sex Charge
48-year old Michael E. Townson is charged with three counts of abusive sexual contact with a girl less than 16 years of age.

A Fort Riley man could face life in prison if convicted on sex charges involving a minor.
48-year old Michael E. Townson is charged with three counts of abusive sexual contact with a girl less than 16 years of age.
Federal prosecutors say the crimes occurred in 2009 and 2010 at Fort Riley.
In addition to the maximum life prison term, Townson also faces a fine up to $250,000 on each count if convicted.
The Army Criminal Investigation Division investigated. Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Rusch and Assistant U.S. Attorney Christine Kenney are prosecuting.

I'm not proud to say that I was married to this person for almost 10 yrs. He was a VERY abusive! I Thank GOD!! everyday that I got away from him when I did!! THE BEST thing that I got from that marriages was my two great children!!! Deep down in my heart I know he could do something like this. I'M SO GLAD THAT HE WASN'T IN MY CHILDRENS LIFE.I HOPE THAT HE HAS THE MOST PAINFUL DEATH A PERSON COULD HAVE!!!!!!I have never had hate in my heart, but If he has done this to this child or any other child LET HIM BURN IN HELL !!!!! ASHLEY, MOMMY LOVES YOU AND I'M SORRY YOU HAD TO FIND THIS OUT !!!

I was looking for my dad for Thanksgiving and I found This I Couldn't believe what my eyes were telling me. I don't know what to think about all this. but i do know that it comes to me as a shock!! He was just in his home town in may to see his grandbaby be born. I had gotton a new phone and lost his phone number and was looking it up online. I can't see him doing something like this. he was in and out of mine and my brother life I do give him that but as far has been chaged with a sex crime, there is noooo way if anyone as something to say look me up on facebook.com under ashley townson stanley. Ill be 25 on dec 2, and my daddy cant even call to tell me Happy Birthday!!!
