I THINK IT'S TIME THE CITIZENS OF TOPEKA TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT GILES PAST. AND ACTUALLY DO SOME INVESTIGATING. I BELIEVE THEY'D FIND THAT SOME OF THE INFO OFFERED BY GILES, ALTHOUGH IT MAY NOT BE A LIE IT'S FAR FROM THE TRUTH. AS A CITY I THINK IT'S TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE. OUT W/ BONEPARTE, OUT W/ GILES AND OUT W/ THE CITY COUNCIL. IT'S NOT WORKING. CITY COMISSIONERS AND A GOOD CITY MANAGER IS THE WAY TO GO

Of Course the City manager supports Chief Giles, he wouldn't want someone else to take this position that would make the citizens aware that he doesn't have the ability to run the city just like Giles doesn't have the ablilty to run the Fire Department.

Yuo know, it's kind of funny how at the same time Bonaparte was wanting to cut 23 firefighter positions and 34 police positions, he was also asking for a bonus for himself.
