The Kansas City Star reports that Governor Kathleen Sebelius attended the annual meeting of the mysterious Bilderberg Group this summer.

The elite, international group is frequently targeted by New World Order conspiracy theorists, who accuse it of sinister motives to control world affairs.

Bilderberg met in Istanbul, Turkey, this year.

The group is made up of business leaders, top politicians and academics from around the world.

Sebelius was invited to speak about cooperation and consensus-building in government.

The group was started in 1954 to improve ties between Western Europe and the U.S.

Previous guests and members have included Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Donald Rumsfeld, Prince Charles, Gerald Ford and Henry Kissinger.

Hey, thanks for mentioning that she used state money for her Ritz-Carlton hotel bill. Way to be honest and include the whole truth. Hate for her to look bad you know. I thought you guys were better than this?
