TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) _ A veterans group is calling on Kansas senators Pat Roberts and Sam Brownback to defy a presidential veto threat and support funding for mental health programs. The vets say they don't want to see soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq suffering the way Vietnam veterans did nearly 40 years ago.
